Following the successful completion of the Phase A eligibility check, the University of Extremadura (UEx) officially opens Phase B of the selection process. A total of 59 pre-selected postdoctoral researchers receive individual email invitations to access the online application platform. Candidates have a period of 10 natural days to develop and upload their comprehensive, definitive scientific-technical proposals. This crucial phase serves as the definitive opportunity for researchers to expand on their initial Expressions of Interest, demonstrating the excellence, feasibility, and local impact of their projects. The entire evaluation and recruitment process strictly adheres to the principles of Open, Transparent, and Merit-based recruitment (OTM-R), fully aligned with the prestigious “HR Excellence in Research” (HRS4R) seal awarded to the UEx.
