Next Steps for Selected Fellows
The UEx Technical Management Team will contact the 10 selected fellows individually in the coming days to personally guide them through the administrative onboarding, visa procedures, and research planning.
Once the official invitation is received, selected researchers will have a period of 14 natural days to confirm their final acceptance of the fellowship. In the event of any withdrawals or declinations, candidates on the reserve lists will be contacted sequentially by the Selection Committee.
