Privacy Notice & Restricted Access to Detailed Evaluation Results (GDPR)
In strict compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the public result lists of the TALENT4RURALSCIENCE programme limit the exposure of personal data by using anonymised project identifiers to safeguard the researchers’ privacy. To guarantee absolute transparency and confidentiality throughout the peer-review process, an individual notification has been sent via email directly to each participating candidate. These emails provide the secure access link and the restricted area password required to enter the candidate portal, allowing applicants to securely consult their detailed scores across all subcriteria and their consolidated qualitative Evaluation Summary Report (ESR).
1. Final Resolution Phase B

The Selection Committee of the TALENT4RURALSCIENCE programme has officially published the final selection list of awardees for its 10 postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Extremadura (UEx). Due to GDPR compliance, the public list details are limited to anonymised project identifiers. Candidates can securely consult their evaluation score and selection status using the link and password.
2. Provisional Resolution Phase B

Following the completion of the scientific-technical peer-review evaluation in Step 4, the Selection Committee officially publishes the provisional results for Phase B proposals. This publication opens a formal 5-natural-day redress window, enabling candidates to submit technical queries or procedural objections to the Selection Committee, which successfully concludes and is resolved on August 28th, 2026.
Final Following the administrative verification of eligibility criteria and compliance with the MSCA transnational mobility rules in Step 2, the Selection Committee officially publishes the definitive list of admitted candidates. This publication marks the successful completion of Phase A (Expressions of Interest). Candidates included in this resolution receive an official invitation via email, along with the standardized templates and guidelines required to develop and submit their full scientific-technical proposals for Phase B.

4. Provisional Resolution Phase A

Following the administrative assessment of the Expressions of Interest in Phase A, the Selection Committee officially publishes the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates. This resolution identifies the initial eligible applications and flags those excluded due to formatting errors, missing templates, or incomplete documentation. The publication opens a formal 10-working-day correction period administered by the UEx Technical Management Team, allowing excluded applicants to remedy administrative deficiencies or submit outstanding documents before the final eligibility check.”
